Porus One For Kidney Support in Cats Dechra Porus One is indicated for the support of feline kidney health. Contains Renaltec which binds protein digestion byproducts in the intestines where they are excreted in the feces. Because of this binding, the byproducts cannot be converted into uremic toxins, which require the kidneys for excretion. As a result, the binding of these byproducts with Porus One supports kidney health. Porus One is suitable for cats of all ages. Tasteless and odorless for easy administration.Directions for Administration:Under the direction of a veterinarian, administer one packet (500 mg) daily at mealtime per cat. If your cat takes oral medications, administer Porus One two hours after administering those medications. Fresh water should always be available to your cat. Caution: If your animal’s condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian. Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. Porus One should be stored at room temperature. Opened packets are to be used immediately.
